Topic icons dont show up properly

The box with topic icons to click on and automatically have set is too small to find all of them, also, the vertical scrollbar is missing and the horizontal one does not scroll all the way, I would like to be able to see all of them so could you please change this inline frame...

Or else, just posting a copy of the inline frame on this board would do nicely as well...
