(sorry if this was somewhere in the FAQ, I could'nt seem to find it.)

Okay I wonder how to sticky a thread or make it an announcement. Could someone tell me 'cause I need it for my site.

you can look the option for your thread.
Down of your thread..
=> edit =>choose Stikey/announcement/normal
