utility for backup does not work

I already used my email add yap the one that I used to register to forumotion..

But the password does not work.. Help me please with my password..

First my forum was not hack! I just want to try if this https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/ is working...

The thing is I already changed my admin password to a new one..

So I already forgot the password that I used before when creating my forum..

I can log in to my forum using the admin account.. But not in the https://www.forumotion.com/en/utils/

What will I do?? Id tried everything that is mentioned above..
