Cafe Press Shop Script?
Is anyone able to put together a Script/Code for a Cafe Press Shop as a Widget?
I believe the Owners of Forumotion use such a code for the main shop, is there something like this we can alter to add our own CafePress Shop URLs to?

basically they are click-able images leading to there shop.
i am not completely sure how the have the images change but you can put you own images in click-able banner forum leading to the shop.
all you do is have the images then add the link.
after you create what you want just add to your own custom widget
- Code:
[url= YOUR STORE LINK HERE] YOUR IMAGE LINK HERE [/url]
EXAMPLE

- Code:
[url=http://www.cafepress.com/shopmotion.292568441][IMG]http://i38.tinypic.com/mafq4w.png[/IMG][/url]

Thanks Kirk, I was wondering if there was a code for scrolling through the images linking to the shop pages?

oh you want the images to scroll.
yeah you can do that. you just add the tags to them.
up,down,right,left. left will always be default. but since they are going in a widget you will want either up or down.
here you go.
- Code:
<marquee direction="up"> </marquee>
- Code:
<marquee direction="Down"> </marquee>
- Code:
<marquee direction="up">
1 image link codes in the tags here
2
3
Etc....
</marquee>
example code
- Code:
<marquee direction="up">
[url=http://www.cafepress.com/shopmotion.292568441][IMG]http://i38.tinypic.com/mafq4w.png[/IMG][/url]
[url=http://www.cafepress.com/shopmotion.292568441][IMG]http://i38.tinypic.com/mafq4w.png[/IMG][/url]
[url=http://www.cafepress.com/shopmotion.292568441][IMG]http://i38.tinypic.com/mafq4w.png[/IMG][/url]
</marquee>
preview link of example for up. and remember they are clickable

Re: Cafe Press Shop Script?
You can create a slide show like shopmotion but there's
more to it than marquee & links. *Staff Slide Show Example
You'd then use an iframe of your page for a widget. *Example2
An iframe with set height will prevent different size images from
resizing the widget. Or you can just use all same-size images.

Re: Cafe Press Shop Script?
Many Thanks RoNo, I used Kirks' method and it seems to be working fine, I just kept pasting and adding more of the CafePress items for sale... it looks and works really good!
Well impressed! that Widget should be stickied somewhere for all to make.
Cheers,
