About report system

So where moderators & admins can see this place?
I know admins sees it on CPanel but is there other place in forum where to see it?

and If it can be seen on forums can it been restricted only for moderators & admins...so members cannot see that panel where we check them....?

Self-Reports : it up to you but i have mine as no.
Report edit by users :once again it's up to you.

then hit save now mods will receive the reports too and be able to deal with them.

Well where they will receive them? moderators cant go Cpanel.... Do they get it like pop-up (pm)
and i have been maked it now like: Members can do reports of spam/ forbidden content posts.... Admins has to go Cpanel to see those reports but mods cant see it...so where i can put that button for moderators so they can see reports and that button should show only admins & moderators, not members
