Solved Finding the pop3 server for a forumotion email

Hey everybody, I have recently created an e-mail for my website, epique-gaming.com, through forumotion and I would like to know the pop3 server and smtp info so I can open the webmail in other programs such as Thunderbird.

Please help me out!

Sorry but i do not know what a pop3 server or thunderbird is?
Can you please explain more.

Nevermind, I found it's impossible for the Horde to do this at the moment anyways.
