I am trying to add some widgets on the right pane of my forum. However, on the bottom of the page this is what happens to your links. I thought this bar was suppose to be stationary like in the Portal. How do I fix this? Or how can I remove it?

Bold and Color are reserved for moderation, like this, so please keep to the default font
