SOME guests cannot register Empty SOME guests cannot register

Post by backinstereo Sat Dec 19, 2009 7:57 pm

I haven't had many problems with people being able to register in my forum, but the select few have told me that when they go to register, they type in all of their information and the page just refreshes when they hit register.

I tried to register for someone and it even refreshed for me. Does anyone know what the issue could be or how it can be fixed? Are certain email addresses (such as @aol, etc) blocked? Thanks!

It could be an un-verifable email address.
Could u inform us of what the email address is, just the end part so its like "@hotmail.com" "@yahoo.com.au" "@forumotion.com" please?

It is most likely a problem with an "@aol.com" address, yes.

I'd just register with another address.
