Do you mean the address is "@live.com" or is it something else?

the email account is working I have sent and recived through it.
Its hosted by windows live

so its a customized domain like name@example.com is right?

What was the website u got the domain from, or was it one that you get for free when you purchase a forumotion domain?

it woun't be because it is admin@example.org.au

It could possible be because forumotion cannot verify that that particular address does exist.
But im not 100% sure on that.
