Solved Improving my forum

A few questions for my forum.

1. How do I make an msgbox come out when coming on my site? At that msgbox stands: Hello, you are not registered yet...... And the buttons to register or not.

2. How do I make a moving banner, like we also have in help.forumotion.com.
