Forgot Password for admin account

I have forgotten the password for my forum account(I am admin). But when I go to the "Forgot My Password" screen I get this message after entering my username and email "The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security". I would have asked for a technician to correct this but I am registered as a adminstrator.
If you check my history (+ topics in the help section) and the look when my forum was last active you will know that I am the admin. All I am asking is for a solution to this or If a technician can undo the security setting on my admin panel.
