Need help with guests!

I have made my forums so that only members can read anything, but want to make a page that only guests can view, not the members. Is there a way to do that?

yes you can through portals or forum widgets, through permissions.

Whose? Mine or his? My problem isn't. Could someone please give me the coding for the text boxes so I can make paragraphs and things like that? If you could, then my problem would be solved.

To add spaces or line breaks add <br> in the html code.
