Admin Creator Account hacked

Hello

I am the creator of my clubs forum and main Admin. but today the account was hacked.
I received a PM from someone offering to aid redesign our forum - he attached a link of his previous work - and foolishly I clicked on it.
from there I could no longer log in or reset my password.

the other admin of our forum has tried to block the account but found the admin creator's account can only be altered by themselves.

so now I turn here for assistance.
Please help.
