I just want to ask, where in admin panel I will find the "INDEX->HOME PAGE" where i can put the codings for affiliate section below the "who's on=line box"??

It's in the general template category, but it's in AP > Display ( you have to be the founder and in phpbb2 or punbb to see it ).
