Can anyone tell me how I can make a newsletter in "rich text?"

weird one more person had a problem, wherein it was not showing up.
A fix i could suggest is you can do the the html editing somewhere on the other part of the admin panel & then add the code here.

Still nothing and I need to send some mail and sort out my announcements, but yet it's coming up with codes!

I have this same problem on crome so i go over to firefox to get the icon back again

The WYSIWYG(What You See is What You Get) Editor for BB Code doesn't work on Google Chrome/Safari. Try it on Firefox or Internet Explorer 8 (Try to avoid Internet Explorer)
