Any way to change the BG colors of the Admin Panel?

I know there is a second theme with the toggle interface button, but even that is still so very bright. Both themes hurt my eyes, and yes I've turned the brightness down on my monitor but then that just makes reading darker websites and my forums harder to read then.

I want to use brighter colors for the groups; like white, silver and baby blue, but then I can't read the names of the users on the admin panel cause of the super white BG. I use version phpbb2 if that makes any difference. I'd love it if I could make the admin panel the same colors as my forum: http://eldritcheponym.rpgdynasty.com/forum.htm

Sorry there isn't an option to change the admin panel color.

Is there any possibility of that feature being added sometime? It would be really nice to have, or even just have the Admin Panel automatically mirror the color choices one uses for the forums?
