I have a porblem with the Gender

How can I fix this so it can shows just like the others ones only with icon not like you see on the screen shot

Certainly not!  So this is why it is important to use titles [b]related to your problem/question[/b].  Doing this makes the researches much easier for visitors who use the search engine to get an answer to their question.

Click on modify for Gender field
Display type :Icon
Save

I did that and look how it shows in this screen shot. shouldn't that icon need to be on the top of the posts

Okay to take it to the top do this.
