Solved Post Counts

Is it possible to make posts in a certain category not count towards the total post counts?
The website I administrate has a game section that members can post in. A lot of members like to get their post counts high, however, so they only post there. Is it possible to make posts in that section not count towards their totals? That way the members would actually have to post and participate in the site to get their post counts up.
