Update the ToS

Hello,

I'd like to suggest that ForuMotion updates the English Terms of Service so that users who actually read the Terms of Service know that you cannot edit the default codes of the footer, otherwise the forum can be closed down (Subject to a prior warning), seeing as we always seem to be answering this same old question over and over again, and members go off whining about it and end up having their forum closed because of their ignorance.

And to add, the horrible translation, which I'm certain it wasn't translated from Google as it would be better.
As the current version is incredibly confusing, it depicts that you cannot do something, then it says you can do it.
It also isn't updated to include the latest update for the footer removal

The ToS is good as it is in my opinion. Disallowing us from editing that dead ugly footer would make many webmasters unhappy. I think that as long as we link back it's good.

Maybe the ToS is suppose to be the way it already is.

Voted yes, that must be updated since it must be used as proof for ligitations.

The ToS was good, and is as reliant as to the day I first registered here on the SF, just now were not allowed to remove any of the footer links (According to Mario & Typlo), so I believe that being the case, the ToS should clearly say that, not just a fancy smancy way, or even completely missing the new (Current) rules.

According to Mario, (From Typlo) FM gives u 1 warning and if u don't correct ur footer, then you lose ur forum
