Horde login problem

I have just bought a domain and have linked it to my forum...i have created an info email address but when i try to access Horde I get errors logging in...what login details are supposed to be used here firstly i was not provided with the logins and i tried the logins when i created a mailbox and it does not work and i used my Admin login access as well and still nothing...i am lost and not sure how to follow through, i have things on hold because of this problem so can someone please help me out.

i am not sure what you mean...if i do this will i have access to my Horde account?
