No picture change!!!

i want to change some pictures of the skin.(floral effects by Jalo )

i go to display>pics manag>and change them.then i click save.the pics are showed c orrectly.
when i go to the forum the only coorect is the banner the others are not changed.

help me please............

under construction i had my forum hacked so i will build this again :'(

Try re-uploading the images again or if won't work, try clearing cache and re-uploading them again.

Nothing...i have tried all skins.
nothing changes...no width,no images,nothing.

Install a new skin from hitskin.com

as i said above i installed lots of skins and nothing happens.....

Install a phpbb3 skin.
