PunBB Forum - User Post Profile Layout.

Hello I'm wanting a bit of help/advice/knowledge.....if anybody can help

My current forum is using PunBB and I'm wanting to know how to change the layout of the forum members Post Profile.

Here is a screen shot

I woild like to know if it's possible to re-locate the GT Drivers Owner text to above the Avatar but under the Name?
