Top Poster Question

Hello I have a few little questions.

#1 I would like to change the look of my top posters the box with the little bars next to peoples names. where may I be able to get some?

#2 Can I change the percentage of my Top Posters for Ex: Sally has 50 posts and its at 93% Jimmy has 1 post and is at 2% Can I change it so that its not at 100% at 100 post?

#3 Once I find this top poster box that Im looking for how do I add it?
