Solved Moderator permissions.....?

is it possible to give mods power only to edit posts and not delete them..........?

ok, thanks sanket, position of mod seems to have gone to his head and seems to be on some mission to delete what he deems unfit posts/replies............think if it carries on i will have to remove him from his job.
