I create a forum in Vietnam and forums I have not been translated into all languages of Vietnam.

Eg:
How do I switch languages? Anlao11

So how to translate all?

Not possible to translate it yourself. Forumotion can only do that since its with the database and since Forumotion doesn't have someone speaking this language they won't do it.
