Photos in the Backup folder Empty Photos in the Backup folder

I would like to delete a photo from the backup folder in the Gallery. Is there a way to do that?
Also do the deleted photos that end up in the backup folder add to the storage used?

you can delete (or delete automatical ) after 30 days !
