what do you mean you want the starting post to appear first in every thread like it is here. or you want the last reply to appear first in the post?

wait i am confused on what your asking.
can you explain more or add a screen shot of where or what your talking about. sounds to me this would just be a simple template edit. but you can only do that with phpbb2 or punnbb versions.. but i still need to be sure what it is you are asking

i think it can only be done through template edit..
But you can only edit templates on phpbb2 and punbb versions.
if you are not using either of them versions then it may also be possible with css..

but ware is it saying author at? thats all i need to know.

do you mean in the members list? some forums will have it worded different.
