Go to ACP > Modules > HTML Pages Management.
Click the circular "Modify" button for the HTML page you wish to use as the homepage.

Then, there should be sections:
1. Title
2. Do you wish to use your forum page header and page footer ?
3. Use this page as homepage ?

Check "yes" for ^this^ option.
Click Save.

That is all, however, I believe that you must provide a link to forumotion.com somewhere on the page that is visible, otherwise it violates the ToS.

Correct me if I am wrong Very Happy
I hope this helped.

In addition to what ecosystem stated above, you must add a link to http://forumotion.com in your html page if you were to set it as your forum's homepage. If you don't, then it's not possible to set the html page as your forum's homepage.
