Solved Topic Title Length

When i try to post a new topic i get this message if the topic is shorter than 10 charictors

"The length of the title for this topic must be ranging between 10 and 255 characters"

Help please how can i take this away it is driving me insane

Hello,

please proceed to: Admin panel >> General ( Tab ) >> Messages and Emails / Configuration > Topics > Topics title length = 1 > save.
