it's a generator.
All you do is add your links.. like for homepage add the link then choose your colors mouse-over buttons etc.. that after you have want you hit generate.. it will give you a code then you can put it on your forum.

ive tried and i dont think i got a code ive only gotten these 2

it's actually the second code.
i think the first code is just there to tell someone if they need to install the plug in to view it.
but see i have it over here on my test forum as an example

as far as where to put it thats up to you.
if your using phpbb2 or punnbb versions then you can place at the bottom of the header template.
if not then you can put it in your home page message.. or to have it on every page then you would want it in your forum description or your announcement.. so it depends where you want it..
then do you still want the other nav bar.. if not then you would set the forums nav bar to only show images. then hide the images in your pic's management. so once again it's up to you.
honestly i dont like it because i cant seem to get rid of there add in the button right corner.but if you dont mind that there then cool.
