Problem W/ Topic Image Height

Ok, well, I'm trying to set up a forum and make it look nice, but I'm having a problem with topic image sized compared to the table's height. I'll give a few pics.


That's the forum I'm working on.

This is what I want my forum to look like.

You see, I want to know how to make the table's height higher so that the picture of the penguin doesn't get cut off on the forum I'm working on. How can I do this? Do I need to change the width and height for my image?

The image is 90x100 for the forum I'm working on.

Edit: I went to the admin panel earlier, and I went to "General > Forum > Configuration > Pages Structure" and changed the Image's cell height to 90. So it works with the forum display on the homepage, but not when I view the topics.
