Solved ok sorry... got another question

Its saying that the admin are only allowed to view the images... where do i go to change this. I've looked all over the admin panel and again im sure i overlooked something probably thats gonna jump out and bite me... but can someone help me Sad

Ok, If you go to the particular forum that this is the case in, and go to the permissions tab, you will see an option for it
