Posting limit?

One of my members can't post a topic, they want. He can post a few sentences, but not the whole thread that I want him to be able to do.

138750 characters in 4118 lines - that is the amount of "things" he has. Is there a character limit or something. Can't this be bypassed? Can't it be so it is like 2 posts joined together, but can be edited from one?

is there any way to do the last 2 questions?

i want to know if there is anyway to bypass the limit or have it as more than one message all editing from one post, thanks.

okay, but the thing the thread is ALWAYS updated and the thing goes into alphabetical order. If you go onto my site and go onto the wii or ds section you will see what I am on about

I don't really understand what you are saying. What has alphabetical order got to do with two posts continuously in a thread?

i mean if it split between two posts and one posts reaches it's limit (likely to happen) then he will have to a heck of a lot of work to get everything sorted. Like what he has to add doesn't just go at the bottome of the post, it might go at the top or middle.

Its really simple. Even by judgement it can be done.

Another way, Just split the whole post into three different word files, you can then count the # of characters via word. I don't think its a really difficult task

i don't really get how your second point does anything, but I will stick with what u said about 2 posts.
