IP Logged at registration

For security reasons, I would like to suggest that user's IP address is logged when they join the forum, for example like is done in normal phpbb3, however forumotion seems to have removed this helpful feature.

At the moment, the user either has to be online at the same time as you, or have posted, to obtain their IP address. If however you need to ban them before this, i.e. if they are using a bad username, have made offensive PM's or you just know that they're only on to cause trouble for you and your forum, you basically have to wait for the inevitable before you can ban IP.
