moderator permissions HELP

I've recently added 2 new moderators to the board. I set them up to be in charge of certain sections of the board, however they are not showing up on the board under those sections. I've reviewed the set up of the existing mods and I have them set up the same. I've pressed the help button and followed those instructions and seem to be doing everything correctly except that they are not showing up. Any ideas?
