Admin panel problem, please help!

how can I edit HTML? I read tutorials, but I can't foun some buttons on admin panel...(there's a picture)
I think you guys know what I mean... PS: Sorry on bad english, I am Serb... xD

go to admin>modules and scroll down to the last option html.

Step Two: click on module and scroll down
