this has been a pain for me. How do i disable members from creating more than 1 account?

you would have to have a board where they post first before getting access to the rest of the forum then check there ip and if they have another account deny them access and ban the account or just leave them on that one board. other then that there is no real way of knowing.

There is a tool for banning IP addresses.
