colour change on on font

ok so i'm having trouble changin to colour on on my writing in this following piccy



as you can see it has a white background which i would like to change and also the colour of the writing aswell but weh i clikc on save on the clour changer it doesnt save!!!!

You can fix the text color with CSS.
Please navigate to Admin CP > Display > COlors > CSS
Add this code there and submit...
