Members Can't Change their avatars

I would greatly appreciate any help with this. None of my members can change their avatars on my forum. We all just see this as our profile options:

You can do like this by going to Admin Panel => Users & Groups => Users >> click on Search users and click on the members name scroll down a bit until you see ''Avatar control panel'' from there you can Upload an Avatar fro your members.

I know that should be in the profile but as I see on the screen shot no Avatar hmm...


Edit: hahaha... I think all the forums having the same problem I can't see on my forum to...hope they fix it
