How do I make a link appear clickable in a picture tag?

Could someone tell me please.

How to make a tag (picture) clickable and enbed so that the... URL link will take you to
Web page destination.
I don't know any other way to describe other than saying rather than put a link below the graphic. Hope this make sense.

I know how to get a link
Using the link icon provided in Post Box which gives a drop down menu
Url at the top then TXT in the bottom e.g. CLICK HERE

But no idea how to do Code you stated above.

As I do not want any "Text"
just a picture in post and when you put mouse on and click will take you to the url address Page I want to bring attention to.
Hope this explains.

Any help appreciated as I am not PC Savvy.

Thank you very much for replying I have tried and tried I am so PC ignorant
still can't get the picture to just show up and clickable link.
I placed the IMG Url straight into reply box and yes that shows up fine
but when I post the link I want to bring attention to POST
it just shows up underneath the picture the wording.
I just left the wording
onmousover the url link

What am I doing wrong I don't know which words to leave in also if = need to be left there.
Sorry for being so dumb I really would love to master this.

I managed with a little help from friend using your code given above to place a link straight into the post page.

This now solved my problem and I have saved the instructions to my note pad so that I wont forget.
