Hello ! I was wondering could someone tell me how to make a ... so called graphic design or theme.

well, how ? ofc i'm not asking about... instructions, i'm asking is dreamweaver ok for that and where can you a find a frame. I mean, the codes that you paste in your web-design editor and edit it as you want ?

O.O um well it is really about creativity. If you are looking for a theme, you can build them yourself using colors and making your own buttons in graphic design programs.

This is my site, I used a skeletal frame of a forum template that I liked and built the rest of the forum using the Advanced Display options and creating most of my own buttons and creating my own banner.

When it comes to having someone create a theme for you it depends on what you want out of it, and how detailed you want it.

If you are looking for someone to create a banner it would probably be wise to post in the graphic design section.
You should post the following:
The colors of your theme
What your forum is about
What you want your banner to say
The size you want it: for most programs inches or pixels work.
And what type of graphic, png, gif, jpg, etc.

Actually either way it would be better. People often look there to help others.
