The problem with the offensive and defamatory content

We reported a few times the Forums administrator:

Administrator used forum as a private web site, without the possibility of comments.
The amounts of offensive and defamatory content about me, my family and my company.
We have already filed a criminal and the material complaint against administrators in court.
Does someone can help us to remove content of the forums.

all the comments written by one person only and that the Forum is locked.

The text is in Croatian language, and you can not understand all words.
The same text was published by the forum administrator: http://www.mojblog.hr/default1.aspx
This blog is Croatian, and after our objections are removed the text from their blog.

I made it several times already.
I was tired of all this.
We will go the legal route, because it obviously has no understanding.

That litigations is the official legal route with forumotion, and may take up to 7 days before anything happens

If you wish, you may PM Typlo ( An admin here, our lesion to the company and the boss of litigations ) and he may look into it, however he doesnt work on the weekend, or long weekends.

I have a similar issue with a forum, and have contacted Typlo once (more than seven days ago), but have not received a response.

I am unable to upload my screenshots through the litigation link, but I have plenty of them.

feel free to upload the screenshots via any image hosting you want ( Tinypic, photobucket ect ) and paste the link/s there.

Try PMing Typlo again, as he doesn't always get to read all of his messages, and he's extremely busy, so he may just need a reminder

I had the links in photobucket, but for some reason it wouldn't attach them to my complaint.

I will continue to send him pm's.

I do not wish to be a nuisance, but this issue has persisted for some time already and I would like it permanently resolved.

OK, you will not do anything. No problem. You are the owner of the forum and sets the rules. So you are responsible for all articles that were published, all my text messages sent to you I have saved, and I will find a way how to protect us.
