No forum Widgets and "Thanks" problem

I had forum widgets working but for a while already they have not been appearing anymore...

And, is there a way for the "Thanks" button to also appear in the topic's first post?

for widgets : administration panel => Modules => Forum widgets management => Display forum widgets : YES => Width column 1 (left) : 180 or Width column 3 (right) : 180 =>Save

for "thanks" button : Display => Pics management => Advanced Mode => Buttons =>"Thanks" button (and put this image https://2img.net/i/fa/subsilver/icon_thanks_off_en.png ) => Save

Thanks Button: The button still won't appear in the first post of the topic. Only in all the other posts .

try this : administration panel => Modules => Points and reputation => Reputation => Activate "Thanks" button : YES => Save

thankx for the image link also.I want to request the forum members to post some links also so we could copy that URL in terms of nice image relating to it.because i could not find the small size images in sites...if i m wrong sorry because i m new in the forum...and i wish if the example link or snaps are also given with the post like to make known the user about the widgets respected poster can say the official link where same types of things are shown as descried like widgets..thankx and sorry this is my 2 post maybe....if any wrong please guide me n suggest me
