forgotten password

I've totally lost my password: I can't log into the forum

this has happened twice and when i try to log in it says


The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security

so can anyone help me out

You could possibly try to ask some other users with Admin panel access to reset the password or you can just simply use the Forum Motion utils to reset such things.
