Admin Control Panel Empty Admin Control Panel

APC. I cant do nothing in the admin control panel because evrytime i clicked on a task and want to do it it just kick back to the control panel. Is it settings on the panel i must change or what? the forum is useless to me like this. please help.

I noticed that you and he are sharing the same IP, so you seem to be using a proxy.
