Points System

Is it possible to subtract and/or add points to an individual member? I'm not talking about reputation points, I mean just the normal points added by simply posting and making topics. I was wondering if I could make an on-forum shop and use those points to let the members buy things to customize their profile, change the color of their name, etc.. When the member would buy things, their points would subtract (as someone would lose money in purchasing an item). For good deeds, I was wondering if I could add points to a member. The way I've thought it out, I think it could be a good idea and it would give members an actual goal to post a lot.

Is this possible? And if so, how?

Well, don't activate the reputation.
The point system can be used for donating. Insert - 41 to deduct the points.

AP/Modules/Points and Reputation/Points Donation/Members
Fill in members name and add or deduct points
This can only be done manually by admin

Thanks. But can the points only be donated from member to member, and not just added/subtracted?
