Shoutbox Problem

A few of my members are having a problem with the shoutbox.
They told me that where the shoutbox is suppose to be theres like another window of the forum. See if it shows for you: http://www.lomclan.darkbb.com/

Are you talking about Forumotion's chatbox?

If so we can't see it as guest.

Oops... sorry i forgot, use this:

There is no problem.

If you go to the bottom of the forum and look under chatbox you will see join chat. That will take you to a new page.

Yea but im talking about at the top of the forum, under the navigation links.

I am now lost to what you are talking about.

One of my members sent me a picture on xbox live of the area where the chatbox was suppose to be, and it wasn't a chatbox at all it was a mini box(hard to describe) of the forum(lomclan.darkbb.com) and all it showed was just the website again with the scroll bars in that area and it was not at all the chatbox. You could just see the website again in that area not a chatbox.
