Members can't register!
Hello! I host a forum for my WoW guild and some of my members say that they have problems to register.
One of them registered 4 days ago and STILL has received no activation mail. Neither has it gone missing in his mail box's trash bin. He tried to register again but his e-mail adress and user name were already taken so it IS there, somewhere...
Help me, please!

Re: Members can't register!
Hi,
To solve the problem in the immediate:
Admin Panel => Users & Groups => Users => Inactive Users
Here you'll ind a list of users who'se accounts aren't activated yet. You can manually activate them there
Then:
I think the problem may come from you're registration allowances. Are you sure you're forum accepts new embers and whether the activation is user or Admin
Admin Panel => Users & Groups => User Settings
=> New accounts activation => User
=> Allow new members => Yes

Yes, it worked to activate them manually, thank you!
But the second thing you told me to do was already done. New members are allowed and the user itself are meant to perform the activation. It must have been some sort of bug.
Thank you a lot anyway!
