Custom offsite phpbb3 skin.

Hey, currently my forum is using punbb but we are thinking about moving to phpbb3. Is it possible to install an offsite skin i have downloaded to the forums? Ive not really looked at how I would go about doing this, I was just wondering if it was possible. Sorry but to get a theme from another host you would have to paste the CSS and the images one by one.

Im fine with doing that but how exactly would I go about it as I don't see an overall CSS file with the skin - just lots of small files which obviously I cant upload - aka how would I be able to keep the layout of the skin. I was going to make all my own images in photoshop to replace them anyway. Thanks
