Embedded MP3

I'm trying to find a way for users to embed a music player in a post. Is it possible? Similar to the way you can embed youtube video's.
I presume i'd need an external hosting site to do it but can't seem to find one which will work?

Go to www.4shared.com then search for the music you want. open it scroll down then you will see ( Share ) and this list..

so there you can just copy the embed code post it in a post then it will work.

Its not working for me, there's no embed tag, i've tried signing up and doing that way but its trying to get me to pay, a free one would be ideal.
